On 27 and 28 May 2026, the BEC in Bilbao became the epicentre of food industry innovation. More than 7,000 sector professionals gathered at Food 4 Future – ExpoFoodTech to explore the future of automation, artificial intelligence and technology applied to the food production chain. XANAEL was there.
The food industry is one of the environments with the highest demands in terms of sanitary control. European regulations require integrated pest management systems in any food production, storage or distribution facility. XANAEL provides the missing infrastructure layer: a permanent solution integrated into the facility's own road network.
The XANAEL stand was visited by facility directors, quality managers and hygiene technicians from major food industry operators. The interest was notable: many already have pest control systems, but lack a structural preventive solution that acts before the problem reaches the interior. That is exactly what XANAEL solves.
